Icons

Once the Work Order details have been entered and the Work Order number has been assigned, the following icons are available in the Work Order. Each of these icons are displayed as tabs on the top of the page for each Work Order.



 

 




Work Order

  • Main page for Work Orders.

  • Enter in details for customer (Bill To) and job location.

  • Assign to technician.

  • Set Status.

  • Enter Description and all other details for the work order.

 




Time and Materials

  • Enter time spent in the labour table

  • Enter Expenses (if enabled)

  • Enter Materials (if enabled)

  • Enter Purchase Orders

 




Work Notes

  • Enter in historical notes for work done at the Job Site.

  • Enter in historical notes for Units.

  • Add new Units.

 




Checklists

  • Add/Edit maintenance checklists (forms) to the Work Order.  These checklists are defined in the Administrator Settings.

 




To Dos

  • Create To Dos that are related to the Work Order.

 




Notes (Internal)

  • Create notes that customers that will not see in any reports.  This is meant to be for internal notes between you and techs.

 




Attachments

  • Add attachments to the Work Order.  Add Pictures, Documents, etc.

  • Add links to Dropbox files to the Work Order.

 




Invoices

  • Create Invoices based on Quote.

  • Create Invoices based on Time and Materials in the Work Order.

  • Create blank Invoice. 

 




Status and Check in History

  • View all Check ins by technicians into this Work Order.

  • View all Status changes in this Work Order.

 




Schedule 

  • View all scheduled items in a list view.

  • Add new scheduled items quickly.

 




Email 

  • Email the Work Order as a PDF.

  • Default values are configured in Settings.

  • Add attachments and email.

  • Set what is emailed in the PDF.

 




Print

  • Print Work Order as a PDF with selected sections to display.
