While importing into accounting, I received the follow error "The name supplied already exists. : Another customer, supplier, or employee is already using this
name. Please use a different name." What do I do?
This means exactly what it says, there is another entity (either a customer, supplier or employee) that has the same name as the customer they are trying to import into accounting. To see which customer, look at the entry above it in the accounting connector.
Tip: There may be one other thing going on here that is subtle. The name may have a space at the end that may be causing issues finding an existing customer and linking to it so you should remove the space and try again. If you get the same message, you will have to alter the name so it is slightly different from the other entity (If supplier is customer it may happen).
