QuickBooks Desktop or Sage -Accounting Connector - Icon disappears or shortcut does not work Print

When the shortcut to the ServiceBox Accounting Connector grays out or it says it is not linked any longer.

- Right click on icon,

- find location, should get a message saying program is no longer in correct location

- click find program

- double click on ServiceBox Connector program, this will re-install icon.
