To produce a Checklist of your own, you do the following:
  1. Hover your mouse over the down arrow beside your logged in name on the top right-hand side of the ServiceBox screen and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
  2. Click on the "Checklists" tab of the settings screen, and click on the "Add List" button (Screenshot below).
  3. You may start building your own, customized checklist now, using headings or not (with the "Group Title" in the drop-down menu under type - where you see the default "Checkbox" in currently) for different sections of a checklist.  You may then produce any type of checklist item from the drop-down list as well (Checkbox, Single-Line Text, Multi-Line Text, Dropdown - single choice from a list, and Multi-Select - more than one selection only from a drop-down list). Remember to click on the "Save List" button on the bottom left once complete.
