All users who have auto-updates for the current ServiceBox app turned on will automatically get the newest version of the app on your device. We recommend auto
Logging in the First Time
You will need to have your company domain name, username and password to log into the app.
When you have downloaded the new version, you will have to login again to the application because we have changed some aspects of how the app authenticates (have moved from cookie based authentication to token based authentication).
You can use the “Reset Password” feature available on the ServiceBox website if you have forgotten your password. If you need help resetting passwords please see this article here.
Navigating the App
Follow the steps below to configure your app to work to your liking.
Step 1: Enter Account
Step 2: Enter username and login
Step 3: Registration of device with ServiceBox on successful login
Step 4: Check Settings Screen after 30 seconds (preferably a min and confirm if screen looks like so)
Step 5: Use Side Menu to validate application version and also choose “Dark Mode” (optional)
Step 6: Use Filter Option
Step 7: Click on the Web to view the ServiceBox application
