This message means we are getting an error trying to set the customer on an invoice to the Sage customer that is linked to the ServiceBox customer. The likely explanation is that the customer in Sage has been marked as inactive which prevents it's use in Sage. If that is not the case, see if you can find something on the customer record that would prevent it from being used on an invoice.
