If you aren't receiving mobile notifications on your device, there are a couple things to check:
- Be sure that the "User" profile configuration for the individual/employee not receiving notifications is set up to allow them to receive either mobile or email Alerts - or both. These are activated near to the bottom of the page of their User Profile in your SerivceBox site under the "Users" area that approved security roles have access to.
- Make sure in your devices settings that ServiceBox has permissions to show notifications. This procedure can be different from device to device so you may need to google how to check this.

2.Go into the 'Account' page in the ServiceBox app and make sure that notifications are turned on. If they are and you are not receiving notifications, try turning them off and then on again. This will re-register your device with our server.
