If you have included a markup percentage for unit costs in your ServiceBox Settings, you will notice that the markup percentage is not displayed in the total cost of your Work Orders. Some users ask why the markup percentage is not factored into the total price on Work Orders.
Solution
Since a Work Order is only viewed internally by your technicians and administration, your Work Orders will only include the base Unit Cost in the total price of the Work Order.
For items you provide to your customers, such as Quotes and Invoices, the total cost will show the sales price of the job. For your Quotes an Invoices, the sales price will always include the markup percentages of Unit Costs that you have configured in your ServiceBox Settings.
