Some users have troubles exporting an Invoice to QuickBooks Online. In order to sync Invoices with QuickBooks Online, you simply need to go into your QuickBooks Settings, select the settings you would like to Import/Export, and click the "Go" button (shown in the screenshot below). This article will help you identify the reasons why you may not be seeing the "Go" button on your QuickBooks screen.
Solution
If the "Go" button in the above screenshot does not appear on your QuickBooks screen, there may be some settings within your QuickBooks Online settings that need to be updated. The reason is there may have been some changes in ServiceBox settings that impact the QuickBooks settings. You will need to update your QuickBooks Online Settings to fix this issue.
To update your QuickBooks Online settings, select "QuickBooks Online" from the dropdown menu on the top left of your ServiceBox screen. This will take you to a page titled "QuickBooks Online Sync" shown in the screenshot below, with a message that says "The following settings must be complete before syncing with QuickBooks.
Now, go through each of the tabs within your "QuickBooks Online Sync", and make sure each of the sections have been completed. If one of the sections within this screen has not been updated, then you will not see the "Go" button when exporting your invoice to QuickBooks Online.
For example. In the screen shot below the taxes are not linked for the ServiceBox value to the QuickBooks Value. To fix the issue enter in a value in the dropdown for QuickBooks.
