Question


When setting up a Job Site that is similar to previous work, some of our users use similar equipment and have asked if they could duplicate similar units from previous Job Sites when setting up a new Job Site. 


Solution


The only way to add equipment/units is one at a time, however this can be done from the Work Order under the Work Notes subsection. Once the equipment/unit has been associated with a Job Site,  if you have recurring work set up for that Job Site, the units are available for input. An example of creating a Unit from Work Notes is shown in the following screenshot.
