If you are looking for additional reports for your business that you do not see in the Reporting section, you can request a custom report that our development team will produce for you.
The process for requesting a report begins by submitting a ticket using the black "help" button at the bottom of your ServiceBox page, or contacting [email protected]. Our Customer Success team will work with you to define the requirements and determine the size of the report.
Once we have evaluated the requirements (and likely asked some questions), we will put it into one of four sizes that are determined by the complexity: small, medium, large or extra large. The charge for these reports will be:
Small | $300 |
Medium | $450 |
Large | $600 |
Extra Large | $900 |
Note: Any report which depends on any custom fields may get affected or may not produce correct output if custom field names are changed after development. User needs to let us know in such cases so report or print can be adjusted accordingly. If such changes increases complexity of programming then such changes might be done for additional charges.
