This document will explain various ways to create a new work for a customer.
To create a new work order from the app, click the button in the upper right of your screen
and select Workorder.
Enter the customers name in the bill to field, if needed click the add button to add a new customer.
Select or add the jobsite.
Choose the assigned to user.
Choose the workorder category to define the type of work.
Enter the description of the work. Click Ok.
Select the Notes tab to see related information about the Jobsite, Workorder, Customer, previous Work Notes
Click Chklist button to add a checklist if required.
Select the Schedule button to schedule the tech that is to go do the job.
