Service Box Introduces the Ability to Update Pricing from QuickBooks

Service Box, a leading provider of software solutions for service-based businesses, has introduced a new feature that enables users to update pricing from QuickBooks.

Will demonstrate through the process of updating the pricing for a non-inventory item, using the example of the "Apprentice" item.

In the screenshot we see  the current dollar amount for the unit cost of the Apprentice item in Service Box, which was $71. We will  then navigated to QuickBooks and updated the unit price of the Apprentice item from $71 to $90, before saving the changes.

Next, we will  access the import button of QuickBooks Online and selected the items to import or update the pricing for.  Then checked off the Apprentice item, selected the label, and clicked "set". Finally, clicked "OK" and waited for the import to complete.

As the import progressed,  refresh the item screen in Service Box to check if the pricing had been updated. As expected, the price had been updated from the latest pricing in QuickBooks Online.

In summary, Service Box's new feature allows users to update pricing from QuickBooks, providing a more streamlined experience for service-based businesses.
