Merging Quotes or Work Orders in ServiceBox is not currently possible, you can use a work around that our existing customers have used.  "Copy Quote" and "Copy Work order" features can be enabled by our agent from the secure site. If you would like to use these features please contact support@jobboxsoft.com


Here are some possible workarounds: 


Merging Quotes: 

Option 1: Merging Quotes for same customer 

1. Log in to ServiceBox and navigate to the quotes you want to merge. 

2. Click on the "Copy Quote" link to create a new quote with the same information as the original quote.  

 
 

         
  3. You can then add any additional information to this new quote. 

 
 

Option 2: Merging Quotes for Different customer 

1. Log in to ServiceBox and navigate to the quotes you want to merge. 

2. Click on the "Copy Quote" link to create a new quote with the same information as the original quote.      

3. You can then change customer information and add any additional information to this new quote.

Option 3: Merging Quotes manually 

If you want to move a quote to a different customer, you can manually copy and paste the information into the new customer's quote.  

After moving the quote, if you want to delete the quote you can click on “Delete Quote”

Merging Work Orders: 


  1. Merge two work orders that are assigned to different customers 

1. Open the Work Order you want to merge and click on the “copy” button  



2. Change the customer's name for one of the work orders to match the customer of the other work order.  

3. If the work orders are linked to a specific Quote, you may need to change the parent customer in the Quote.  System will automatically update the parent customer for the work order.
