Error adding customer to accounting: Field X has the following error: Y

Cause

This can happen if, on a customer in ServiceBox has an invalid value in a field that is being copied into QuickBooks Online. The message itself will show the field in QuickBooks Online and the error message. This should give you an idea of the field that needs to be changed and the problem.

To resolve this, you will have to change the field in question to resolve the issue presented,
