Cause
This can happen when the vendor the connector is trying to import has the same name as a customer in QuickBooks Online.
Resolution
To resolve this, you will have to change the name of the vendor being imported or the customer that has the same name. If the customer exists in ServiceBox, the name should be changed there, otherwise it can be changed in QuickBooks Online
