Some of our clients have expressed a desire to include Unit/Equipment details like the make, model, and serial number on the checklist.
To enable this functionality,
- Log in to your ServiceBox Account
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Plan tab
- Click on Features tab
- Look for the 'Show Unit Display Field on Checklist' option. Enable this feature by checking the corresponding checkbox.
- Click on Save
- In Work Order, Work Notes tab, add unit and check it in by clicking on the green check mark
- Click on the Work Order print button
- On Work Order print option, click on the checkbox "Print checklists"
- Now, you will see the Unit information on the Work Order print
