Some of our clients have expressed a desire to include Unit/Equipment details like the make, model, and serial number on the checklist.


To enable this functionality, 

  • Log in to your ServiceBox Account
  • Navigate to Settings 
  • Select Plan tab
  • Click on Features tab
  • Look for the 'Show Unit Display Field on Checklist' option. Enable this feature by checking the corresponding checkbox.
  • Click on Save



  • In Work Order, Work Notes tab, add unit and check it in by clicking on the green check mark 


  • Click on the Work Order print button



  • On Work Order print option, click on the checkbox "Print checklists"





  • Now, you will see the Unit information on the Work Order print
