Summary
At ServiceBox, we prioritize continuous software enhancement driven by valuable feedback from our customers. Previously, users had the option to showcase either the item name or the item long description on the quote approval page. Now, in response to a specific customer request, we're introducing a feature that allows users to display both the item name and item long description on the quote approval page.
We hope that this is one more way to help companies with specific needs and enhance their user experiences.
Follow this process to activate this feature:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Clink on "Quotes" tab.
- Click on "Quote Approval Settings."
- Check the box labeled "Display item and Long Description."
- When you open the link to "Review and Approve Quote" from your email, you will see both item name and long description.
- To view only the Long Description, select "Display Long Description."
- When you open the link to "Review and Approve Quote" from your email, you will see only the long description and not the item name.
Within ServiceBox, you can locate the item's long description by selecting the square box next to the item within the quote.
