Scheduling Process

  • Click anywhere on the Scheduler to initiate scheduling process
  • Select "Add Scheduled event"


  • Fill in required detail:
    • Title: Title for the event
    • Description:
    • User: Select the user
    • Date: Select the start date
    • Start Time: Select start time
    • Repeat Type: Select Daily
    • Repeat Frequency: Type in 1
    • Click on "Add Event"




  • You will see that the calendar is booked for this user starting December 25th as shown below




  • If the user is returning on a specific date, click on that date and select "Delete this and future event"
  • This ensures that the technician's calendar is accurately updated, reflecting their availability upon return.
