This article is tailored to guide you through the process of scheduling technicians' holidays seamlessly, ensuring that their unavailability is reflected in the scheduling system.
Scheduling Process
- Click anywhere on the Scheduler to initiate scheduling process
- Select "Add Scheduled event"
- Fill in required detail:
- Title: Title for the event
- Description:
- User: Select the user
- Date: Select the start date
- Start Time: Select start time
- Repeat Type: Select Daily
- Repeat Frequency: Type in 1
- Click on "Add Event"
- You will see that the calendar is booked for this user starting December 25th as shown below
- If the user is returning on a specific date, click on that date and select "Delete this and future event"
- This ensures that the technician's calendar is accurately updated, reflecting their availability upon return.
