  • To begin, locate the connector program on your desktop – it's usually represented by a black box. 




  • Right-click on the icon and select the "Delete" option. This action removes the program from your desktop.


Verifying Deletion

After deleting the program icon, use the search bar to type "Service Box Connector." The search results should display the program's location. Right-click on the displayed result and select "Open file location." Confirm that the connector program has been successfully deleted. 



Additionally, check the Task Manager 



Ensure that no instances of the connector program are running in the background. 




Reinstalling the Connector Program

  • Sign into the ServiceBox site (xxx.jobboxsoft.com).
  • On the top right corner, locate your login name. Click on the drop-down menu and select "Accounting" from the options.





  • Right Click 'Here' to download the program, or right click and copy link and paste it into a new tab in a new tab in browser






  • Select Open in Incognito Window 
  • By default, ServiceBox will download the connector program to customer's desktop


If you encounter any error messages during the installation, follow the on-screen prompts.

  • Click on the three dots, selecting "Keep," and confirming the action to proceed with the download.   




This step may vary slightly depending on the browser you are using (e.g., Edge or Chrome), but the key is to allow the installation to proceed.
