In response to the valuable feedback from our customers, ServiceBox is thrilled to announce the introduction of an exciting new feature which has an ability to display work order numbers and customer names directly on the scheduler.


How to Activate the Feature:

Enabling this feature is a simple and straightforward process. Follow the steps below to take advantage of the enhanced scheduler functionality:

  • Navigate to the Settings section within ServiceBox.
  • Locate and click on the "Work Order" tab.
  • Within Work Order settings subtab enable the Display Options:
  • Display customer in Scheduler
  • Work Order Number number in Scheduler




  • Once this options are enabled toy will see both customer name and work Order number on the scheduler
