In this article we will explain how to customize/modify text messages sent to customers through ServiceBox.
How to Activate customize/modify text messages sent to customers:
- Navigate to the Settings section within ServiceBox.
- Locate and click on the "Work Order" tab.
- Select "Day Before Setup" or "En Route Setup":
Depending on your preferences and operational needs, choose either the "Day Before Setup" or "En Route Setup" option. These settings allow you to customize text messages for specific stages of your service process.

Click on "Save"
ServiceBox will use this message while sending SMS to your customers.
