Issue:
A few customers have informed us about an issue wherein the company logo is not appearing in the email invoices they send to their clients, despite having ensured that the logo was uploaded, default values were configured, and the logo placement for outgoing emails was set correctly. The absence of the logo is attributed to certain contents being blocked. This article provides a solution to address this issue.

If you observe that some content in the message is blocked at the top of the screen, as illustrated in the accompanying screenshot, simply click on 'show blocked content' to unblock it. Subsequently, you should be able to view the company logo without any further issues.
