Access Levels available for Check-In and Check-Out for Administrator:
Default settings for Admin user access have been predefined based on our experiences with ServiceBox users. However, recognizing the diverse workflows across companies, you have the flexibility to "Override" these defaults in your ServiceBox. Simply navigate to the "Override?" column, check the box, and then adjust access by marking or unmarking the "Grant Access" column.
Here are some of the access levels that can be adjusted for Work Order check-in and check-out:
- Can Add Time Without Notes: This access level allows administrator to add time without the requirement to enter notes. If an admin user has this setting unchecked in ServiceBox, it means that users can check out or add hours without writing a note.
- Can Change Time On Work Order Checkout: This access level allows administrator to change time on Work Order Checkout.
- Override Forced Time on Checkout: Admin users can customize whether to enforce the entry of hours worked upon checkout.
- Can Add Work Order Labor Items: This setting determines if a user can add labor items on a work order.
- Can Edit Work Order Labor Items: This setting determines if a user can edit labor items on a work order.
Check-in/Check-out twice on the Same Work Order:
This feature within the check-in/check-out system is the option to allows to check-ins or check-outs twice on the same work order. By default, systems often restrict repetitive check-in/check-out actions on a single work order. However, this features can enable users to check in or out twice on the same work order.
- Can Check In on the Same Work Order Twice Without Check out: By default, once a user checks in on a work order, the system disables the check-in button to prevent multiple check-ins. However, if this setting is enabled, users can check in twice on the same work order.
- Can Check Out on the Same Work Order Twice Without Check In: By default, once a user checks out on a work order, the system disables the check-out button to prevent multiple check-outs. However, if this setting is enabled, users can check out Twice on the same work order.
