Understanding ServiceBox Currency Limitations:

ServiceBox is designed to operate with a single currency, and our current versions do not support the specification of multiple currencies for vendor orders or invoices. As such, the system does not currently offer a way to indicate different currencies on vendor orders or customer/vendor profiles, which is necessary for accurate financial tracking and decision-making.


Managing US Currency Vendor Orders:

For businesses encountering difficulties with syncing US currency vendor orders to QuickBooks Online, it is important to note that ServiceBox does not yet support this functionality. As a temporary measure, it may be necessary to manually handle these transactions. Place vendor orders  directly in QuickBooks Online.


Recommended Workflow for Multicurrency Operations:

1. Identify the Orders: Determine which vendor orders are in a different currency (e.g., USD) that ServiceBox does not support.


2. Direct Entry in QuickBooks Online: For the minority of orders that are in a different currency, enter them directly into QuickBooks Online to ensure financial accuracy and avoid discrepancies that can arise from syncing issues with ServiceBox.


3. Monitor for Updates: ServiceBox may implement multicurrency support in future updates. Keep an eye out for these developments to simplify the process in the future.
