ServiceBox is designed to streamline operations for service-based businesses. Key to managing ongoing work is the ability to track work orders. This guide provides a step-by-step process to access or generate Inventory report in ServiceBox.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Log into ServiceBox: First, ensure that you are logged into your ServiceBox account with the necessary permissions to access reporting features.
- Navigate to the Reports Section: Once logged in, go to the navigation bar and click on the 'Reports' section.
- Locate Work Order Reports:
Criteria for running the following three reports are the same:
- Inventory Pricing Report: The report will include Item number, description, quantities on hand, average unit cost, total cost, sales price and total sales volume as of report generated date.
- Inventory Levels: The report will include Item number, description, quantities on hand, On work order not invoices, Invoice not in accounting, expected amount in Accounting and reorder point for each inventory as of report generated date.
- Inventory At or Below Reorder: The report will include the item number, description, quantity on hand, on order quantity and reorder point for each inventory as of report generated date.
To download the above reports, follow these steps:
- Select one of the above reports.
- Select the preferred format for saving the report.
- Click on Generate.
Inventory Pricing Report:
Generated report will include Item number, description, quantities on hand, average unit cost, total cost, sales price and total sales volume a of report generated date and will appear as follows:

Inventory Usage By Location Report:
The report will include Item number, description, location, date taken, used quantity, workorder number, Customer and jobsite as of report generated date within the chosen timeframe.
To download this report
- Select the report
- Start Date (Mandatory): Indicate the start date for the report.
- End Date (Mandatory): Specify the end date for the report.
- Location: Select the location or leave it blank for all location
- Export as: Select the desired format
- Click on generate
The generated report will include Item number, description, location, date taken, used quantity, workorder number, Customer and jobsite as of report generated date within the chosen timeframe and will appear as follows.
Inventory By Location Report:
This report will show you inventory on hand at each location.
To download this report
- Select the report
- Location: Select the location or leave it blank for all location
- Export as: Select the desired format
- Click on generate
