This is a "first run-through" of issues to check when the APP is not loading/working.
Please check:
1) does the individual have the App downloaded on their device?
2) has the individual properly logged-in to your company site with their Username and Password?
3) Is the individual in a place where the device receives a cellphone or WiFi signal so that it may function?
4) Is the individual setup on their App via their ability through the "My Preferences" menu choice to have their Calendar showing on the App upon login?
5) Is the individual on the "Alert view", or has the individual pressed the "Web view" button at the bottom of the screen on the left hand side?
