If you are new to ServiceBox, I am not sure if you were informed about the process when receiving a new version update to Sage 50, when the current Accounting Connector program has been set up for ServiceBox to work with the current Sage 50 version already in your computer.
Bottom-line: Do not update your version of Sage 50 to the new one until notified by ServiceBox that our Accounting Connector program has been updated.
The reason for this is that Sage 50 does not pre-inform us of their upgrades. When you upgrade your Sage 50 version immediately upon receipt of it, your ServiceBox Accounting Connector program will not work until we are able reprogram it and provide you with our new Accounting Connector version that aligns with the new Sage 50 version. We immediately undertake reprogramming the Accounting Connector and testing it as soon as we are aware of the release of a new Sage 50 version. As soon as we know it works we release it and inform our customers to upgrade their Sage 50 and immediately upgrade their Accounting Connector with our new version.
For now, you will not be able to transfer your information from ServiceBox to Sage 50 if you have already upgraded your Sage 50 to their new version. We will inform you as soon as we have the new version of our Accounting Connector released.
