The support team will activate a feature called "Copy Items from Quote". This feature makes it easier to create invoices by automatically moving the line item information from the related quote to the invoice. Here is how it works:
- Send a request to activate "Copy Items from Quote" feature.
- Once the feature is activated, access the Invoice Creation Page from the Work Order.
- Select "Copy Items from Quote."
- The system will automatically transfer line item details from Quote.
- Make manual modifications, if necessary.
- Finalize the invoice.
