In ServiceBox, each User/employee may set their view of ServiceBox to their need/liking.


This is mostly done for the "default screen" seen upon logging into ServiceBox.


Admin Users usually set their ServiceBox default screen to immediately show the Work Order (jobs) menu item by default.


Basic Users/techs usually set their default screen to the "Calendar" view, to see what Work Order(s) they are Scheduled to work on for that day.


To do this, access the "My Preferences" area of your ServiceBox site, on a desktop/laptop computer in this case, from the dropdown list when you hover your mouse over your login name in the upper, righthand corner of the browser screen.


From there, slide down and left click on the "My Preferences" choice and the screen below will appear.


For your home screen selection as indicated above, click on the dropdown underneath where it says "Home Screen" and select the home screen view you would like by default to show up everytime.


To move the HELP button from the lower, left-hand location to the lower, righthand location, check off the checkbox to have that happen.
