Follow these instructions to open your browser's developer tools and clear the cache and other settings. These steps are applicable for most commonly used browsers.
Google Chrome
Open Google Chrome.
Press Ctrl + Shift + I (Windows) or Cmd + Option + I (Mac) to open Developer Tools.
Alternatively, right-click anywhere on the webpage and select Inspect.
Click on the Network tab in the Developer Tools panel.
Check the box labeled Disable cache (ensure Developer Tools remains open while performing this action).
Refresh the page by pressing Ctrl + R (Windows) or Cmd + R (Mac).
To clear all browsing data:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac).
Select Cached images and files and any other data you want to clear.
Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
Open Mozilla Firefox.
Press Ctrl + Shift + I (Windows) or Cmd + Option + I (Mac) to open Developer Tools.
Alternatively, right-click anywhere on the webpage and select Inspect.
Click on the Settings (gear icon) in the Developer Tools panel.
Under Advanced settings, check Disable HTTP Cache (Developer Tools must remain open).
Refresh the page by pressing Ctrl + R (Windows) or Cmd + R (Mac).
To clear all browsing data:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac).
Select Cache and any other data you want to clear.
Click Clear now.
Microsoft Edge
Open Microsoft Edge.
Press Ctrl + Shift + I (Windows) or Cmd + Option + I (Mac) to open Developer Tools.
Alternatively, right-click anywhere on the webpage and select Inspect.
Navigate to the Network tab.
Check Disable cache (Developer Tools must remain open).
Refresh the page by pressing Ctrl + R (Windows) or Cmd + R (Mac).
To clear all browsing data:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac).
Select Cached images and files and any other data you want to clear.
Click Clear now.
Safari (Mac)
Open Safari.
Enable the Develop menu (if not already enabled):
Go to Safari > Preferences > Advanced.
Check Show Develop menu in menu bar.
Click Develop in the menu bar and select Show Web Inspector.
Click on the Network tab.
Reload the page with Option + Cmd + R to refresh without using the cache.
To clear all browsing data:
Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
Click Manage Website Data.
Select the data to remove or click Remove All.
