If a user has blocked location access for a website in their browser and wants to change it to "Allow," here's how they can do it depending on the browser they are using:
Google Chrome:
- Go to Settings:
- Click the three dots (menu) in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Navigate to Privacy and Security:
- In the left-hand menu, select Privacy and Security.
- Click Site Settings.
- Find the Location Settings:
- Under the Permissions section, click Location.
- Manage Blocked Sites:
- Scroll to the "Blocked" list and look for your ServiceBox site.
- Click the site's name or the trash icon next to it to remove it from the blocked list.
- Revisit the Site:
- Go back to the ServiceBox site, refresh the page, and the browser will prompt you again to allow location access. Choose "Allow.
Microsoft Edge:
- Open Settings:
- Click the three dots (menu) in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Privacy, Search, and Services:
- Navigate to Cookies and site permissions in the left-hand menu.
- Scroll down and click Location.
- Manage Permissions:

- Refresh the Site:
